There is an extensive back patio overlooking the hillside. There’s a double fireplace between the dining room and the entryway providing warm fires in colder months for guests. On the main floor, you'll find exercise equipment, a jacuzzi, and portable saunas in the workout room available to all Happy guests. Upstairs there’s a sun room with lots of various board games, and even a telescope for bird watching. Downstairs, you'll find a library room perfect for cozying up to a good read or for enjoying some late-night television.
